Frequently asked questions

The questions our sales engineers field most often, answered honestly. If something here is wrong, please tell us — we update this page weekly.

01.What is the typical lead time for a new bare-metal deployment?

Stock SKUs (single EPYC or Xeon servers with 10 Gbps) ship in 15 minutes via the API. Custom builds with GPU, InfiniBand, or specific chassis configurations take 5–10 business days. Enterprise cage builds are scoped per project — we will give you a hard date in the proposal.

02.Do you offer managed services, or is this pure colocation?

Both. Roughly 60% of customers run their own stack on top of dedicated hardware. The other 40% use our managed Kubernetes, database, and observability offerings — billed per cluster, not per ticket. There is no minimum commitment on managed tiers.

03.How fast does the NOC actually respond to a Severity-1 ticket?

Median first response is 18 seconds for phone calls and 4 minutes for tickets. Our public SLA commits to engineer engagement within 15 minutes for Sev-1 — we beat it 99.4% of the time over the trailing 12 months. Full monthly reports are published on the status page.

04.Can I bring my own hardware and just rent rack space?

Yes. Cross-connect, power (4–32 kW per rack as standard, higher available), and remote-hands packages are available across all six regions. Bring-your-own-hardware customers get the same NOC and network fabric as our managed deployments.

05.What compliance certifications do your data centers hold?

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, LGPD, and FISC (Japan). Audit reports are available under NDA within one business day — request them through your account team or via [email protected].
